Had very very good stay in this great hotel, the staff were attentive, location was nice to the busstop where she met an old friend who gave us a free ride back to Chiang Rai. The room we booked was spotless and new-fashioned. Plus it had a breathtaking view over the mountains and clouds. The property was in the middle of the city.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel perched on a hillside overlooking tea plantations and majestic mountains. The view from our balcony gave us goosebumps and we were able to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over the mountains right from our bed. The well-maintained rooms had a cozy atmosphere and the staff, despite their limited English, were incredibly nice and accommodating. The coffee at the reception was outstanding and the owners treated us to delicious tea. The location of the hotel was perfect, with options for exploring the surrounding area.
The food at the cafe wasn't up to par. But thankfully, there were other dining options available if you had transportation.

I recently stayed at Phumektawan Hotel in Mae Salong and had a wonderful time. The hotel's location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the tea plantations and mountains. The rooms were well-maintained and had a balcony overlooking the valley. The owners were incredibly hospitable, always offering tea and providing excellent service. Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the sunrise views and the comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with scenic mountains and beautiful nature all around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for a romantic escape, providing a peaceful and serene environment.
The menu lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing considering the limited resources in the area. Our room faced the staff quarters, and there was a noisy party that disturbed our sleep at night.
